The hotel is nestled among the pine trees, offering a serene and natural setting. The rooms feature a huge bath with a great powerful shower and a decent-sized balcony to enjoy the amazing view of the mountains. The service, while hit and miss, showcases the efforts of the dedicated staff. The location is excellent with easy access to al la carte restaurants in well-kept gardens. The dining experience, especially with spicy chips served with a smile, adds a nice touch. However, for a 5-star establishment, the overall service quality could be improved.
I was delighted with the lovely view of the garden from my room. The 2 sofas that were transformed into makeshift beds were quite handy. The service was top-notch, always provided with a smile, especially by the employee named Cenzig at the dining area. The well-kept gardens surrounding the hotel created a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The dining experience was enjoyable, with the highlight being the tasty spicy chips. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
This hotel is a gem with its huge balcony featuring 2 sun loungers, fabulous rooms with a TV, and much-needed adjustable air conditioning. The staff provided excellent service overall, but it's a downside that only 3 restaurants are included, and you have to pay extra to access the others. The location is serene in a large wooded area, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the spicy chips served with a smile. The facilities are top-notch, making my stay a memorable one.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had a lovely view over the garden area with 2 small balconies, although the bathroom was not as recently refurbished. The service was exceptional, with staff always welcoming and helpful. The location, nestled among pine trees near the beach with a view of Antalya, was truly stunning. The dining experience was delightful, especially the spicy chips served with a smile. Overall, a great value for money.
